Power of Attorney Notary Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Notary Kwoter Provider Portal at www.notarykwoter.com (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard information when you create or manage a provider profile, receive lead opportunities, purchase leads, communicate with us, or otherwise use the Provider Portal.

Notary Kwoter is a marketplace and connection platform. We connect independent providers with customers seeking notary and related services. Providers using the Platform are independent contractors and are responsible for their own services, pricing, licensing, insurance, taxes, and legal compliance.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not create an account or use the Provider Portal.
