Welcome to the Provider Portal operated by Power of Attorney Notary Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Notary Kwoter Provider Portal at www.notarykwoter.com, related applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
Notary Kwoter is a marketplace and connection platform that helps independent providers connect with customers seeking notary and related services.
By creating an account, accessing or using the Platform, purchasing a lead, or accepting these Terms through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. About Our Platform
2.1 Marketplace Model
Power of Attorney Notary Services operates Notary Kwoter as a marketplace and connection platform. We connect customers seeking notary and related services with independent service providers ("Providers"). The Provider Portal at www.notarykwoter.com is the interface through which you manage your provider account, receive lead opportunities, purchase leads, and interact with the Platform.
2.2 We Are Not the Service Provider
We do not personally provide notary services, wedding officiant services, document preparation, process serving, field inspection services, or any other professional service listed on the Platform. Services are performed by independent Providers who use the Platform to connect with customers.
2.3 Independent Contractor Relationship
By using the Platform as a Provider, you acknowledge and agree that you are an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, or representative of Power of Attorney Notary Services. We do not:
- Employ, direct, or supervise Providers
- Control how, when, or where you perform services
- Set or control the prices you charge customers for your services
- Guarantee the quality, legality, availability, or outcome of any service you perform
- Provide legal, financial, tax, insurance, or professional advice
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Provider Portal, you must create a provider account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials and account access
- Promptly update information if it changes, including commission status, certifications, contact details, service areas, and availability
- Accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account
- Use only one account for your own provider business unless we authorize otherwise in writing
3.2 Account Approval
Provider accounts are subject to review and approval. We may deny, suspend, restrict, or revoke provider status at our sole discretion based on incomplete information, unverifiable credentials, expired commissions, suspected fraud, violations of these Terms, or any other reason permitted by law.
3.3 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
4. Lead Purchases and Payments
4.1 Per-Lead Purchase Model
Notary Kwoter operates on a per-lead purchase model. Providers may receive lead opportunities based on their service area, service types, profile status, availability, and other matching criteria.
A lead opportunity does not guarantee that the customer will book, complete a transaction, respond to you, or hire you. You are responsible for following up with purchased leads and for converting them into clients.
4.2 Lead Price and Checkout
Before purchasing a lead, the Platform will display the applicable lead-purchase price, any applicable taxes, and the total amount due. Lead pricing may vary based on service type, location, timing, demand, provider availability, and other marketplace factors.
Lead prices may change for future purchase opportunities. However, once a checkout is created for a particular Provider and lead opportunity, the amount displayed during that checkout is the amount authorized for that purchase, subject to applicable taxes and payment-processor requirements.
4.3 Payment Authorization
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors made available through the Platform, which may include PayPal or other processors from time to time. By completing a lead purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the total amount displayed during checkout.
You agree to provide valid payment information and comply with the terms, privacy policies, and other rules of any payment processor you use. We do not store full payment-card numbers, bank-account credentials, or complete payment-method details entered directly with a third-party payment processor.
4.4 Lead Delivery After Payment
A lead is considered purchased only after the applicable payment processor confirms successful payment. After confirmed payment, the Platform may release the lead details to you, update your purchased-lead history, and reduce the remaining number of providers eligible to purchase that lead.
Attempting to access a checkout page, receiving a purchase-link email, opening a payment link, or beginning payment does not reserve or purchase a lead until payment is successfully confirmed.
4.5 No Refund Policy
All confirmed lead purchases are final once payment is successfully confirmed and lead details are released. No refunds or credits are provided for customer non-response, cancellations, no-shows, failure to book, pricing disagreements between you and the customer, or the outcome of services.
Limited exceptions may be reviewed at our sole discretion for duplicate charges, duplicate leads, demonstrably false or invalid contact information, or verified unauthorized transactions, subject to applicable law and payment-processor requirements.
To request a review, contact us at privacy@notarykwoter.com. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, credit, or other adjustment.
5. Provider Obligations
By registering as a Provider on the Platform, you agree that:
- You are an independent contractor and not an employee of Power of Attorney Notary Services
- You hold all required licenses, commissions, certifications, permits, and authorizations for your jurisdiction and services
- You will maintain active and valid credentials throughout your use of the Platform
- You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, business compliance, equipment, transportation, and operating expenses

- You will respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
- You will not solicit customers obtained through the Platform to transact outside the Platform for the purpose of avoiding lead-purchase fees
- You are solely responsible for the pricing you quote or charge customers for your professional services
- You will promptly notify us if your commission expires, is revoked, or if you are subject to disciplinary action
- You will not misrepresent your qualifications, certifications, service areas, availability, or experience
6. User Conduct

- Circumvent the Platform to avoid lead-purchase fees or marketplace rules
- Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
- Use lead information for marketing, solicitation, or any purpose unrelated to the lead opportunity
7. User-Uploaded Content
7.1 Provider Uploads
You may upload documents, certifications, profile information, photos, commission materials, and other content to the Platform ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you:
- Represent that you own or have the right to share the content
- Grant Power of Attorney Notary Services a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, review, transmit, and use the content as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, verify your profile, and connect you with customers
- Acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content you upload
- Agree not to upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any third party's rights
7.2 Content Removal
We may remove, restrict, or decline to process User Content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, including content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights or safety of others.
7.3 No Liability for User Content

8.4 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Power of Attorney Notary Services is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
8.5 No Guarantee of Delivery
We do not guarantee that text messages or emails will be delivered. Delivery is subject to carrier, network, device, email-provider, and third-party service availability. Failure to receive a lead notification does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
9. Limitation of Liability

13. Service Availability
Power of Attorney Notary Services does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or without interruption.
